Salary: £35,000 – £38,000
Location: Harrogate (Hybrid once trained)
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Axon Moore is recruiting on behalf of a property development company in Harrogate. We are looking for a Business Development Executive to support the team with pricing, financial analysis, and market research.
Key Responsibilities
Help set rental prices and operating costs for new projects
Build and maintain financial models
Research the property market and provide updates on rental levels and occupancy
Review past models and explain differences
Support the wider team and keep records updated in the CRM system
Skills & Experience
Strong Excel xjnqpsq skills (essential) – including formulas and data analysis
Good financial and analytical ability
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders
Confident working in a busy, fast-paced environment
