What you'll be doing:

Managing the billing cycle - issuing invoices, tracking progress, resolving issues

Supporting credit control by helping reduce overdue balances

Setting up new client accounts and making sure everything checks out

Reconciling accounts, preparing reports and supporting month-end tasks

Raising credit notes, solving billing queries, and keeping records audit-ready

Analysing billing trends and working with teams to streamline processes

What you'll bring:

A solid background and experience in billing, accounts receivable or similar finance support roles

Strong analytical skills - comfortable working with numbers, data, and reporting

A detail-driven mindset with a clear, methodical approach

Clear, confident communication with both colleagues and customers

Experience using finance or ERP systems (or a quick learner ready to adapt)
