£25,000–£30,000 DOE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly discreet and trustworthy Banking Administrator to support a private family based in Manchester. This is a rare role offering long‑term stability, genuine progression, and the chance to become a deeply valued member of a close‑knit team.

Responsibilities of a Banking Administrator

You will be responsible for managing a range of personal and professional banking and insurance administration for the family. This position requires absolute confidentiality, sound judgement, and a calm, meticulous approach. You’ll work closely with the family’s wider support network, ensuring all financial administration runs smoothly and efficiently.

• Managing day‑to‑day banking administration for both personal and business accounts

• Liaising with banks, financial institutions, and insurance providers

• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payments

• Supporting with insurance renewals, documentation, and policy management

• Handling sensitive information with the highest level of discretion

• Providing general administrative support as responsibilities grow over time
