Responsibilities:

Oversee audit assignments from planning through to completion.Manage client relationships and deliver clear, high-quality guidance.Coach and support junior team members.Identify and address audit challenges quickly and constructively.Refine processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and overall quality. The Ideal Candidate:

ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent).Experience working in a UK practice environment.Comfortable performing assurance tasks within a professional services firm.Confident handling clients with a collaborative, supportive approach.Motivated by continuous improvement and delivering strong results.
