Role Overview

Manage your own client portfolio, reporting directly to the RIOversee and direct assurance services across your portfolioLead, coach, and develop team members, acting as a role modelDeliver high-quality audits and complete file reviewsBuild strong client relationships as their first point of contactIdentify opportunities to add value and support clients' growthHandle people management, resource planning, and billing processes The Ideal Candidate

ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)Proven managerial experience within accountancy practiceSkilled at leading teams and managing workflow effectivelyConfident communicator, able to build client trustWell-organised with strong technical audit knowledgeExperience with Xero, Sage, QuickBooks or CCH preferred What's on Offer
