Assistant Management Accountant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant Management Accountant to join a large and complex organisation in Leeds on a 12-month fixed-term contract.This is a varied role offering exposure to management accounting, budgeting, forecasting and stakeholder engagement, supporting senior managers and budget holders across a diverse operational area.

Key Responsibilities

Produce monthly management accounts and financial reportsSupport budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planningMonitor income and expenditure, investigating variancesProvide financial insight and support to non-finance stakeholdersAssist with project costing, business cases and financial analysisBuild strong relationships across the wider organisationAct as a key point of contact for financial queries and adviceAbout You

Part-qualified ACCA, CIMA or equivalent experiencePrevious management accounting, forecasting and budgeting experienceStrong business partnering and stakeholder management skillsExcellent analytical and communication abilitiesAdvanced Excel and reporting skillsAble to manage competing priorities and work to tight deadlinesWhat's on Offer?
