Semi Senior Accountant Due to continued growth and an upcoming move to larger offices on the outskirts of Salisbury, our client is looking to recruit a Semi-Senior Accountant to join their friendly and family-oriented team.

This opportunity would suit someone from a smaller practice background who enjoys a hands-on role with clients and is looking to develop within a supportive environment.

The Role You will be involved in a broad range of responsibilities, including:

Accounts preparation Tax returns VAT returns Handling client phone queries and providing advice Reviewing work Supporting and training junior staff This is a varied, client-facing position where you will work closely with a wide range of businesses and build strong long-term relationships.

The Candidate Previous experience within an accountancy practice environment Ideally from a small to medium-sized firm Strong communication and client relationship skills Organised, hands-on, and proactive approach Looking for a long-term opportunity within a collaborative team Working Pattern Part time, or fixed-term contract considered Flexible working available Primarily office-based due to the collaborative structure of the business Salary & Benefits Circa GBP30,000 GBP35,000 FTE, with flexibility for the right person Private medical insurance Income protection This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, supportive firm with a genuine family feel and excellent long-term progression potential.
