Salary - £28,000 - £32,000 per annum based on experience

Client Details

We're working with a well-established business in Tameside who are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys managing and oversee accounts receivable processes effectively.

Description

The key responsibilities of an Accounts Receivable clerk will be:

Process and manage accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.

Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payments.

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.

Assist with resolving any billing discrepancies or customer queries.

Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with company policies.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations.

Provide support during audits and financial reviews.

Identify opportunities for process improvement within accounts receivable.Profile

A successful Accounts Receivable Clerk should have:

Proven experience in accounts receivable or a related accounting role.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.

Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
