Temporary Accounts Receivable Assistant

Hybrid working - 3 days office & 2 days from home
Eaton Syalon are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our client in Derby on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous finance or accounts administration experience who is available to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities
Processing and allocating incoming payments Raising and issuing customer invoices Reconciling customer accounts and resolving payment discrepancies Monitoring the AR inbox and distributing emails accordingly Person Profile
Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Finance Assistant role Good communication and ability to work independently Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Immediate availability to start As this role is initially temporary, you must be able to commit to the assignment.
