What will the Accounts Payable role involve?

Managing the end-to-end processing of supplier invoices with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely payments

Assisting with foreign exchange transactions and supporting the team with FX-related accounting requirements

Supporting subcontractor payments, ensuring compliance with industry-specific regulations and company policies

Maintaining accurate accounts records and resolving discrepancies or queries in a professional and proactive manner

Contributing to the smooth operation of the finance team as it scales, with opportunities for involvement in wider finance processes and projects

Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Payable vacancy:

Proven experience in accounts payable or finance administration

Knowledge of FX transactions and experience handling foreign currency transactions is desirable

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Enthusiastic team player with a desire to grow and develop in a fast-paced environment
