Description

Role: Accounts Payable Clerk

Base: Leeds LS27

Rate: 23.08 p/h + holidays (annual equiv. 45k)

Duration:3 months

Our client is seeking an experience Accounts Payable Clerk/Administrator to assist the department for a period of 3months.(end Dec 2026)

As an experienced Accounts Payable and Finance Administrator you will have a strong background in processing high volumes of invoices, supplier statement reconciliations, payment processing, and financial administration.

Skilled in matching invoices to purchase orders, resolving supplier queries, and maintaining accurate financial records while ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Proficient in accounting systems, financial reporting, and Microsoft Excel, with experience supporting month-end processes, accruals, reconciliations, and reporting activities.

Demonstrates attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

A collaborative and proactive team member with strong communication skills, capable of building effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Committed to ensuring timely payments, improving financial processes, and supporting the efficient operation of the finance function.
