The company:

A well-established tour operator based in North-West London specialising in creating tours in Great Britain and Ireland

Main duties:

To be responsible for supervising and supporting the accounts payable team

The role:

- To assist the accounts payable team with processing invoices and payments

- To prioritise and process urgent payments on a daily basis

- To maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and vendors

- To manage any cases that have been escalated by the team

- To manage prepayments and deposits

- To process manual invoices when needed

The candidate:

- Previous Accounts Payable experience – Essential

- Experience managing a small team - Beneficial

- Ability to handle large amounts of data and prioritise workload effectively

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Dynamic, confident and motivated candidate

- IT literate
