This role you will lead on process improvements and automation, shape policies and procedures, and drive tech innovation including a system upgrade with reporting.

Description

Manage the accounts payable function, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.Oversee the accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.Maintain relationships with vendors and resolve any payment discrepancies.Monitor and improve accounts payable processes and systems.Supervise and mentor the accounts payable team, fostering a collaborative work environment.Ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation of accounts payable data.Collaborate with other departments to enhance financial efficiency.Support audits and ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Supervisor should have:

A strong background in accounts payable management.Experience in shared services or medium - large not for profit organisations is advantageousProficiency with accounting software and financial systems.Excellent organisational and leadership skills to manage a team effectively.Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
