This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced AP professional to join a supportive finance team within a business that values accuracy, efficiency and continuous improvement.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong accounts payable/finance experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

What will the Accounts Payable Specialist role involve?

Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments across purchases and cashback transactions.

Reviewing and resolving incomplete or incorrect payment requests by liaising with internal stakeholders.

Raising bank payments and completing reconciliations.

Ensuring compliance with company policies, processes and financial controls.

Supporting the wider finance function during busy periods and assisting with ad hoc tasks as required.

Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Payable Specialist vacancy:

Proven experience within Accounts Payable or a similar finance role.

Confident raising bank payments and performing reconciliations.

Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook.

Hybrid working pattern.

23 days annual leave.

37 hour working week, including a 3:30pm finish every Friday.

AAT study support (if required).
