Tate are partnering with an award winning law firm to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk. This is a pivotal role within a collaborative Finance team, where your expertise will help maintain accurate financial records and ensure smooth payment processes across the business.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Processing invoices and payment requests for approvalPosting overhead and disbursement invoices to accounting and practice management systemsProcessing bank and BACS payments and sending remittance advicesInputting bank payment entries and matching them to invoicesBank reconciliation and supplier account reconciliationManaging the shared mailbox for supplier queries and resolving issues promptlySkills / experience:

Minimum 2 years' experience in an accounts payable or similar financial role, ideally in professional servicesStrong communication skills and attention to detail - excellent stakeholder managementProficiency in IT systems and ability to meet deadlinesIf you are looking for your next AP role in a growing, award winning firm - then please apply directly online!
