Key Responsibilities

As Senior Accountant, you will manage your own diverse portfolio of clients and be responsible for:

Preparing year-end statutory accounts for a range of SMEs and owner-managed businessesCompleting personal tax returns and corporation tax returnsOverseeing bookkeeping and VAT workProviding ongoing support and advice to clients, ensuring excellent service deliveryReviewing work produced by junior team members (where applicable)Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted advisorAbout You

We are looking for an accountant with strong technical knowledge and confidence managing their own client portfolio. The ideal candidate will have:

ACA/ACCA qualification (fully qualified preferred)Part-qualified or QBE (Qualified by Experience) candidates will also be consideredSignificant experience within an accountancy practiceStrong understanding of accounts preparation and tax complianceExcellent communication skills and attention to detailAbility to manage deadlines and work independentlyWhat's on Offer
