Description

Aspire Recruitment Consultants is recruiting an experienced Accounts Assistant to join an established business based in Bexley.

This is a varied role supporting the day-to-day finance function, including sales and purchase invoicing, supplier payments and credit control.

Key Responsibilities

Raising and processing sales invoices

*

Entering purchase invoices onto Sage

*

Processing supplier payments

*

Chasing outstanding customer payments

*

Responding to invoice and payment queries

*

Maintaining accurate financial records

*

Providing general accounts administration support

Skills and Experience

*

Previous experience in an accounts or finance administration role

*

Experience using Sage

*

Confident processing sales and purchase invoices

*

Comfortable contacting customers regarding outstanding payments

*

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

*

Good organisational and communication skills

*

Able to manage priorities and work effectively as part of a team
