What will the Accounts Assistant role involve?

Managing and verifying sales invoices to ensure accuracy and timelinessReconciling high-volume bank and payment transactionsSupporting the team with debtor management and invoice queries to foster straightforward processesAssisting with ledger reconciliations, including supporting cash flow and bank statement matching Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:

Experience in high-volume reconciliations, ideally with exposure to credit control and sales ledgerTechnical foundation from AAT Level 2 or 3 preferred, with a positive attitude towards learning and developmentDemonstrates enthusiasm, flexibility and a proactive problem-solving approachWell-organised with strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a dynamic environmentEffective communicator who can support team goals and work well under minimal supervision Additional benefits and information for the role of Accounts Assistant:
