The Role

As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business. You’ll work closely with the wider finance team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Processing purchase and sales invoices

Bank reconciliations and assisting with cash flow management

Supporting month-end close activities

Maintaining accurate financial records

Assisting with supplier and customer queries

Supporting the preparation of reports and financial data

About You

Previous experience in a similar Accounts Assistant or finance role

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Good working knowledge of Excel and accounting systems

Excellent communication skills

A proactive and positive xjnqpsq approach to work
