Central Leeds (LS1) Hybrid Working Up to GBP50,000 + BonusWe're working with a well-established and fast-growing UK asset management company to recruit a Senior Client Accountant for their Leeds-based finance team.This is a key role within a high-performing client finance function, offering a mix of technical accounting, client interaction, and analysis. You'll work closely with internal asset management teams and senior stakeholders while supporting a diverse portfolio. The RoleReporting to the Head of Finance, you'll take ownership of client accounting and reporting, ensuring high-quality financial information is delivered accurately and on time. Responsibilities include: Preparation and review of management accounts (P&L, balance sheets, reconciliations)Producing monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packsPosting and reviewing journals in line with relevant accounting frameworksReconciliation of income and timely remittance of funds to clientsSupporting clients and internal teams in interpreting financial informationReviewing arrears reporting and escalating issues where requiredAttending regular client calls with multiple stakeholdersAssisting with year-end audits and responding to auditor queriesProducing monthly MI and performance analysis, working closely with Asset ManagementSupporting budgeting and forecasting for property portfoliosOverseeing month-end close processesMentoring and supporting junior client accountants About You You'll be a confident, proactive accountant who enjoys ownership and variety, with a strong client-focused mindset.
