Account Payable Analyst

Description

A well-established company is seeking a detail-driven Accounts Payable Analyst to join its busy finance team in Windsor. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and ambitious individual to work behind the scenes supporting the finance functions of a major player within their sector.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately process invoices and credit notes (approximately 30 per day) with strong attention to detailComplete weekly and monthly supplier statement reconciliations, and produce aged creditors reportsPlay an active role in finance improvement programmes, including document scanning implementationAddress internal and external accounts payable queries in a professional and timely mannerManage weekly payment runs, bank entries, and year-end/internal audit supportReview staff expense claims and escalate as appropriateCandidate Profile
