Jackie offers an opportunity to have a non judgemental conversation of what is going on in your life. We all have been through so much in life, including me. However this is what will make us stronger. Together we will look at what you can do to make these challenges, positive learning opportunities. This will in turn result in reduced stress, reduced anxiety , better health and looking to the future and not the past.
Over the years I have gained a lot of experience in business startup and and strategy specifically within healthcare, which is an added string to my bow. Starting a business can be risky and tricky and going into unknown territory. However with the right support and guidance, it doesn't have to be. In some cases it might be even deciding if there is a business in the first place. I will work with my clients in exploring all of the options.
I will always go above and beyond for my clients with whatever you require support with, as your success is my success as well.
I am also a Yoga teacher so your health and wellbeing will also play a part in our our sessions. I am a licensed Menopause Champion offering Menopause coaching and support to individuals and employers who want to ensure that their Managers are equipped with the correct knowledge to ensure their staff is supported as necessary.
