Description: UK bike first registered in September 1979. The Yamaha RD200 is a classic example of Yamaha's "Race Developed and quot; two-stroke twin series that were popular for their peppy performance and relatively light weight. Today, they are cherished classics for their distinctive two-stroke character and nostalgic appeal. Tax & MOT tax exempt as a historic vehicle. 24,942 miles showing on the clocks. Starts first touch of the button as shown in the video above. Good tyres. With 70's Yamaha's becoming increasingly collectable and soaring in value this is an affordable & fun way into the classic bike scene. Also an inflation proof asset that will surely appreciate in value, what's not to like! Overall an easy worthwhile project with some tidying required to get this sought after bike back into great condition. Make no mistake classic 2-Stroke bikes are becoming increasingly sought after and rocketing in value making an excellent investment. Trade sale classic project sold without warranty.
