I want to start with thanking Ellen for all the time and effort you put into making the soft furnishing. I found Ellen very easy to talk, she is a good listener and nothing was too much for her. When my original curtain fabric had to be returned i was in a dilemma on what to use. Ellen found me the perfect fabric which showed she understood me completely. Ellen spent a lot of time providing me with exactly what I wanted and did not try to influence me. She got to know exactly what i wanted and even what i didnt know i wanted! The end product, all the soft furnishing was beyond my initial expectations. I am so very happy with everything. I also found Ellen a perfectionist in a good way, she thought about how everything would look in minute detail. A true professional, who took time to understand what was needed and never rushed anything at the same time meeting all deadlines. I would not hesitate to recommend Ellen's services and would contact her for any designs projects at the house in the future. Thank you Ellen. Regards X

I found Ellen to be extremely professional. Her designs were presented in a timely manner to a very high standard and she was always accommodating to any requests to change. I wanted to keep costs down by keeping some existing items and Ellen came up with ideas to both enhance them and ensure they blended in with the newly suggested materials. Ellen went above and beyond to provide exemplary customer service and I would have no hesitation in recommending her work.
