Weight lifting set. Good starter set with two dumbbells and an ez curl bar. All 1 inch diameter. Comes with 60kg of weight plates consisting of the following:
2 x 10 kg
2 x 6 kg
4 x 4 kg
4 x 2 kg
4 x 1 kg
