I’ve had Darek cook for myself and my guests on a few occasions - a sit down 5 course, a BBQ and a buffet style meal. The customer experience was great from menu selection to food preparation, serving food and clearing up. Also, Darek is very personable which adds a further dimension to the overall experience.

Darek’s communication, service and food was exceptional. Darek was able to cater for all my needs at a very short notice for a family BBQ party. He was quick to respond to all my messages and supported me with the whole event. Will definitely be contacting Darek for family fine dining and BBQ party events and highly recommend him. Thank you

Darek was a great personality and ultimately professionally. We spoke in detail during the booking process, and covered everything we supply and the chef supplies. He arrived early and was very polite and engaged with the guests. The food was amazing, and displayed well, the whole process was very enjoyable and the family impressed with the experience. Will definitely be using again.
