We are Recruitment Choice, the leading recruitment provider, currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives and Team Leaders on behalf of multiple clients across various warehouses, stores, and industrial sites throughout London. We offer full-time, part-time, and sub-contract/self-employed positions.

What the role entails:

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations within the warehouse, including:
Receiving, sorting, and storing goods
Picking and packing orders for delivery
Ensuring accurate stock levels and inventory management
Operating warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) if qualified
Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
As a Team Leader, you will oversee warehouse operations, providing guidance and support to the team, ensuring targets are met, and handling any operational issues as they arise.

Role Requirements:

Previous experience in warehouse operations (desirable)
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Strong organisational and time management skills
Experience in a leadership role for Team Leaders (preferred)
Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) – relevant qualifications preferred
A good level of English communication
Your National Insurance number
UK or EU passport and documents proving eligibility to work in the UK
