Volvo C30 D5 R Design SE Sport

For sale is my ‘58 C30 R-Design SE Sport D5 manual. Volvos 2.4l 5 cylinder diesel. Currently on 156k. I’ve owned the car for nearly 10 years, putting nearly 100k mile on the car! The only reason I’m selling is that I now have a young daughter and need more doors, plus the boot space to go with it.

The car was optioned with xenon headlights, the winter pack (heated seats and headlights washers), keyless entry and start, high performance sound, auto wipers, auto dimming rearview mirror and a factory fitted tow bar.

It’s also fitted with air conditioning, cruise control, aux input, scrollable menu on the indicator stalk and the rear hard boot cover.

Over the past 10 years it has looked after me and wanted for nothing and if it’s needed doing it’s been done. Run on premium diesel. The car has been serviced every year and most recently I’ve replaced the front coil springs (Napa) and front brake pads (Febi Bilstein) for the most recent MOT. Other recent work includes; Super pro polybushed front wish bones, track rods & ends, the calipers have recently been done all around (Febi Bilstein) along with the A/C condenser so the A/C blows cold (a weak point on these cars).
The car comes with 12 months MOT from the time of writing, having just been done (4/7/25).

It sits on matching Goodyear Asymmetric 6’s with good tread left all around;
The fronts have 5mm of tread and the rears are on 6mm.

Obviously a car of this age the body work has the odd mark here and there. I’ve done my best to keep it in as good order as possible and I’d say is in great condition for the age.

The alloys could do with a refurb, they were done years ago and are now in need of another refurb.

I’ve got the replacement car sorted out, so the car will be ready to go on viewing. Asking £2950ono. It’s hard to come by a C30 D5 with a manual gearbox and I spent a while looking for the right one, it’s served me well and it’s the combination to have.
