This is an original 1964 mono issue

The record shows some superficial marks to the playing surface so is graded VG. This has been test played throughout (twice because I enjoyed so much the first time!) and the audio was Very Good plus - certainly no skips or jumps.
The cover is in VG condition with obvious signs of aging - see photos.
