Description

Vauxhall Insignia diesel hatchback.
Needs some TLC - possible sensor replacement needed, see below.

Manual, 5 seats.
Current mileage 161, 826.
MOT expires 18/10/2025.

Was driving home and car said it was overheating. Given time to cool and still did not start. RAC attended, was able to start it up and on diagnostic said it was actually a fault on the exhaust temperature sensor and advised by mechanic to replace the sensor - see report in pictures.

Also see MOT certificate for details on last MOT - was advised by mechanic at the garage that the engine is mechanically sound and his opinion was that the engine is very good so it is definitely worth keeping the car on the road. The sale price reflects work needing doing but once done the car will be worth a lot more.
Car starts and drives but not running smoothly currently due to sensor issue mentioned above.
No lights on dash.

I have owned the car for 4 years, full V5 present in my name. 1 key. It has been a great car in this time. Age related marks around the vehicle - it is a 16 year old car. 1 small patch of rust coming through as shown in photo. Had 4 new tyres for MOT. New battery in the last 12 months. Viewings welcome.
