Selling my 2007 Vauxhall VXR8 (also known as the Holden HSV Clubsport R8), finished in Phantom Black with a 6.0L LS2 V8 and a manual gearbox. Just ticked over 78,000 miles, with a MOT running through to February 2026 (no advisories).

I've owned the car for the past 3 years, and it’s been brilliant—loads of power, great road presence, and always gets attention. Only reason for sale is that it just doesn’t fit our baby seat, so very much a reluctant practical sale!

• MOT until Feb 2026 (no advisories)
• Only filled with either ESSO Supreme+ 99, or Shell V-Power
• Pedders suspension
• Walkinshaw performance exhaust
• HSV badging replacing the Vauxhall originals
• Exterior debadged and rear window tinted (done by previous owner)
• Folder full of receipts and paperwork

Recent service & maintenance:
All work carried out by MWP or LS Performance – both well-known specialists for these cars.
• 69k: Oil & filter, gearbox & diff service, propshaft centre bearing, HT leads, K&N air filters, spark plugs, wheel bearing
• 71k: Oil & filter, top strut mounts, A/C service & regas, droplinks
• 75k: Oil & filter, crank pulley, A/C belt, crank seal, 4 new Falken tyres
• 78k: Oil & filter, nearside front wheel bearing

Things to be aware of:
• Right-side indicator occasionally flashes fast – a known quirk with these cars
• Head unit can be temperamental (sometimes switches off or defaults to front AUX). A tap usually brings it back, but ideally could do with either cleaning the contacts or replacing with a modern unit (Aerpro etc.)
• Small chip on the windscreen, left-hand side
