The van is able to go completely off-grid. It has the capability to store 60L water which can be used for washing dishes or showering - combined with a 5L water boiler. Power is supplied from a 300AHr Fogstar Drift leisure battery, which is charged from a variety of sources, including DC-to-DC (the leisure battery charges while the engine is running), solar panels (2x 175 watt solar panels mounted to the roof or through plugging into 240v sources. All the electrical appliances can be accessed via Bluetooth app which allows you to monitor battery levels, and turn it on and off. There are full-length twin LED lights for the main area, and a spotlight in the shower area.

There is a large fridge which runs 12v, and doesn’t use up much battery-life. Included is two-hob induction hob, which plugs into any one of the 4 electrical sockets.

There is insulation lining the floor, walls and ceiling. Sound deadening lines the panels, covered by foil lining, and Earth wool behind the ply board walls and panelled ceiling.

It has a small double bed fitted at the rear of the main area, with a custom sized mattress (6ft long, 4ft wide).

The ceiling is fitted with a MaxAir fan which can intake or extract air at various speeds, and can be manually closed or opened.

As mentioned in the advert, it recently failed a block cylinder test - I was advised this is a head gasket replacement (in the region of £1,000 - £1,500).
