Undoubtedly the best bike ever to come in the workshop. Has been my go to bike for rides in the North Downs recently. LOVE IT.

Eddy Merckx frames are NOT measured in a conventional way. They use the Mike Burrows influence so their Medium frame is more like a Small compared to manufacturers such as Trek, Specialized or Giant. ( 54'). This is not an 'off the peg' road bike, and as such is measured from the top tube (56cm). So it's a large frame suited for someone around 6ft. As you can see in the photos, it's set up for my height; 6ft.

EDDY MERCKX are a highly desirable brand made famous by the heritage associated with their owner. They have a reputation for making amazing framesets and ALL their frames come with a lifetime guarantee.

The company is based in Belgium but are not widely available in the UK. They have sponsored a number of pro cyclists and also have their own team.

This particular bike has been custom built from the frameset. This model was Eddy Merckx's premium carbon frame made with high-end CL300+ tubing, the same material used in their race team bikes.

All listings have been test ridden. Each bike has been fully stripped down and given a complete overhaul. Each and every part is cleaned, tested and if it needs to, replaced. No bike leaves the workshop unless it has had this process. As a used bicycle, expect some signs of usage.
