Caravan priced to sell as we have ordered a new one. It is in super condition and ready to go. This is the trade in price of £16000 offered to us. The Kampa Pro 400 air awning is available for an additional £500, new they retail at £1500. Caravan is located in Saltash. Can deliver at cost.

Serviced/habitation 3 months ago for 2025.
Three new tyres.
New brake shoes and brake drums.
New leisure battery 3 weeks ago.

Rear toilet.
Rear shower, never been used by us or previous owner.

Hob never used by us or previous owner.
Oven only used by us to warm food on four occasions.

Always dry stored when not in use.
