2018 VW Caddy highline auto (dsg) window and carpet cleaning van

I am no longer operating and my van is up for sale. It's 2018 cat N highline caddy dsg(auto) with 55k miles, fresh service(less than 300 miles ago), gearbox oil changed at 41k, 1yr old tyres all around. 2nd owner. 350litre Water tank with separate water purifying system mount, allowing pure water filling(needs membrane and filters replacement) on the spot and two poles(cheap 25ft for roof cleaning and 35ft slx - 25ft with two extensions), 6.5 and 9.3metre window cleaning ladders, ideal for gutter cleaning(gutter cleaning kit present as well), pressure washer(karcher hd series 12c I think) with basic attachment for patio cleaning(was £750 altogether when new), serviced carpet cleaning machine steempro 250psi with 12-15metre solution and extraction hose. 100meter hose reel for window cleaning that is useable but could do with replacement(has 1 wheel missing and slight leak). I also have roof cleaning equipment in the van - tile scraper kit for different types of tiles that can be attached to both poles. The carpet cleaning machine has the three hand tools - double wand, corner tool and upholstery(together with the machine are around £2500-£3000 new).
£9000(it cost me little over £19.5k to build and wrap in 2021). Estimated resale value of equipment is around £2-2.5k, meaning van comes at less than trade-in value. Priced for quick sale, no low flyers.

Selling all together, not interested in partial equipment sale - prefer to give it all ready for new business starter or growing establishment that needs a van ready to work from day 1.
Van is wrapped and writing can be removed without damaging the PPF according to the installer, as auto vinyl was used.
P.S.
Van has been stationary for 5 months(battery discharged and new battery has been bought on 19.04 with 1 year warranty, so the van has spare good battery that can be charged and used), tax and MOT expired. Last MOT stated remarks on disks, so new disks and pads should be sufficient to pass(probably wiper blades as well).
