2013 Vauxhal Vivaro: Reluctant sale of my favourite van

Ready to drive with a fresh MOT pass, I'm having to sell my (MWB) Vivaro van after ~3 years of occasional use. You don't want to pass on this without reading about it first!

This van would be ideal for someone who needs the cargo space, but also wants to be able to overnight away from home (looking at you young tradespeople). Also, if you've been thinking about converting a van for camping, but the bigger ones look to intimidating (and expensive to fuel) then this is seriously worth considering.

This van was carefully chosen when I bought it in decent condition. The previous owner was gentle with it using it just to carry tools and light materials. And I then used it to carry my decorating equipment as I worked around Central Scotland.

In fact I had started to convert it into a day-van so that I could spend time overnight at locations away from home. You can see that the old plywood was stripped out, and Dodo mats have been fitted. Unfortunatly the time isn't right for this project (as we're moving countries), and I'm reluctantly choosing to sell.

Perhaps the most popular series of van (Vivaro, Opel, Trafic are all the same), repairs are accessible and easy across the UK and much of europe. And with lots of help online if you're for mechanically inclined than I am, you might be a hobby weekend away from a bargin. You'll see from it's MOT history that quite a few repairs have taken place following a winter on the driveway, and the van is ready to go. I've been driving it around for errands and its feeling better than it ever has. There is a sensor error that reports "check fuel injection". This is a known issue with a particular sensor, and the garage has confirmed that all is good. I was hoping to switch out the sensor before selling, but unfortunatly time is too short.
