Description
We are seeking a committed and compassionate ABA Tutor to join a well-established Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program supporting a 16-year-old boy with Autism Spectrum Disorder in Nuneaton, Warwickshire.
The successful candidate will work one-to-one with the student at school, implementing a tailored ABA program under the supervision and guidance of an experienced ABA consultant/program leader.
Key Responsibilities
Provide consistent one-to-one support throughout the school day.
Implement ABA strategies and data collection as guided by the consultant.
Assist with the student’s learning, communication, and social development.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the ABA consultant to support progress.
Requirements
some GCSE qualification required – full ABA training will be provided.
Previous experience with children (particularly those with special educational needs) is beneficial but not essential.
Reliable, patient, and eager to learn.
Psychology students or those interested in child development, behavioral therapy, or education are encouraged to apply.
Local candidates preferred for ease of commute.
