A very nice example, USA import, UK registered in 2020 and restored by its only UK owner.

All import documents present, with dating certificates and current V5 showing 0 former keepers.
Workshop and parts book manuals are with bike, and notes on documented research completed during restoration.
Rebuild started in September 2019.

Process detailed by the previous owner as follows.....
Powder coated frame, swing arm, internal covers, footrest and brake pedal.
New wiring loom.
New stainless steel wheel rims and spokes front and rear.
New front and rear brake discs.
Brake callipers refurbished, painted Black.
New front fork tubes and springs.
New handlebars/switches.
Fuel tank repainted.
Re-chromed Mudguards.
New seat.
New Battery.
New 6V coils and spark plug leads.
New electronic ignition.
Cylinder head rebuild, new valves and springs.
Cylinder rebore, new pistons and rings.
New rocker box covers.
Engine rebuild, crank sludge trap cleaned.
All bearings replaced with new ones.
New 7 plate clutch.
New Rotor and stator.
New Primary chain.
New chain tensioner.
New Amal carburettor.
New chain & sprockets
New cables all round.
New head lamp & shell.
New Hagon rear shocks.
Stainless Steel nuts on bolts mostly used during restoration.

Formerly Honda and Yamaha franchised dealers, In July of 2025, we closed DMC motorcycles, returning to our previous premises, also in King Street under it's former name of Dudley Motorcycle Centre.
