Paid them to fix a leak in my roof, roof is still leaking, they identified a gap on the roof and agreed to fit new roof slates, the gap is still there and a new loose roof slate was dropped down one side of the roof and left there. Contacted them to request they return but guess what ? No response. Now I need to pay twice over to get my roof fixed. Avoid.

Paid hundreds to fix my leaky garage roof in January. The leak didn’t stop, hasn’t responded to follow up requests to come back and finish the job properly. My advice, avoid them.

22.dec. we had these firm ,they sealed our roof, we paid over 1000.£ straight away,now is jan. the 17.th we still havent got our bill,-invoice to claim fromthe incurance, text and phoned them at least 10 times, the sealed places startet to leak again. we give up ,calling them. it is very annoying.
