Advanced Property replied very quickly to our job query on Bark, regarding the cleaning out of our gutters on the front and rear of the property. The price they quoted was very reasonable and value for money. Whilst our gutters were being cleaned out, Tom showed us an area at the corner of the roof where the roofing felt had perished over a large area and where some of the wood had rotted. He took pictures on his phone to show us and apart from the hole, there was even a bird's nest in there. He quoted a price for the job to be done and we were happy to proceed, as it definitely needed doing. The job was completed to a high standard and once again, Tom showed us the pictures of the repaired roof. Tom and his workmate were very polite and professional. All rubbish was thoroughly swept up and taken away. I would definitely recommend Advanced Property for any job you might need doing. I will use them again.

Well What Can I Say I Had These Guys Come Around And Price Me For A Job To Do Some Dry Verge Edgings On My Gable They Was On Time Gave Me Friendly Advice I Was Very Happy With The Quote They Done The Job On The Same Day There Wasn’t A Stone Unturned With These Guys Removed All Rubbish After They Was Finished I’ve Had A lot Of Hassle With Roofers In The Past But I Defiantly Be Using These Guys Again I Highly Recommend Them Do Not Hesitate With These Guys Rate Them 5 Out Of 5 Stars Thanks Guys I’ve Finally Found My Trusted Roofer...
