☺️I am a 55 year old woman, living in South London looking to travel to Portugal in January (to get away from the miserable UK weather which is always worst in January) and to sort out some quick business matters and also take a break. Looking for a relaxing holiday, with good company and conversation and sightseeing different areas.

☺️ I am looking for a purely platonic female or male travel buddy/partner. This would be ideal for a lively, chatty, tee-total, mature, responsible/reliable person that would be happy to do a few things on their own, during the short time that I need to take care of some business issues. It would be good if the person could drive and would be willing to drive, although this is not a deal breaker, as we can always take public transport if both of us prefer not to drive. I speak Portuguese and I have been to Portugal before, so getting around in Portugal should be easier.

☺️I have met some amazing people in the past through Gumtree where we travelled together and became good friends or travel buddies. So I would like to do it again. I am placing this ad well ahead of time, because I would like to get to know the person I am travelling with and make arrangements that suit us both. Each of us would cover our own costs but share on costs like car hire if we both agree to go down this route.
