Warehouse Team Leader – Day Shift

Location: Colchester, Essex Pay Rate: 14.56 per hour: Monday to Friday, Day Shift (full–time)

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leaders to join our growing team in Colchester, Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid warehouse and leadership experience to step into a key role within a busy, well–established operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of warehouse operatives

Oversee day–to–day warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy

Monitor productivity and ensure health & safety compliance

Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments

Train new staff and support team development

Ensure all paperwork is completed and digital records updated

Requirements:

Proven experience in a warehouse environment

Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role

Strong organisational and communication skills

Reliable, with a steady and consistent work history

A hands–on, lead–by–example approach

Forklift licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach) – desirable but not essential
