Warehouse Supervisor

Description

A Warehouse Supervisor is required to join a forward–thinking manufacturer of automotive components. With a strong reputation for engineering excellence and customer–focused solutions, this company is looking for a hands–on Warehouse Supervisor to lead day–to–day operations and support continued growth.

Key responsibilities include –

Supervise and coordinate a small team, including warehouse operatives, counterbalance FLT drivers, and yard workersDelegate daily tasks and ensure efficient workflow across warehouse and yard operationsOperate a counterbalance forklift (valid, in–date licence required)Manage stock transactions using an MRP systemAttend and contribute to daily management meetingsMaintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivitySupport hands–on tasks in the warehouse and yard as neededIdeal skills & experience –

Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader roleStrong leadership and communication skillsA proactive, practical approach with a "lead by example" attitudeValid counterbalance FLT licenceFamiliarity with MRP systems (Priority experience is a plus)Ability to manage workloads and adapt to changing prioritiesOn offer for this Warehouse Supervisor role –
