Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for full-time,permanent, Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Bridgewater, supporting our customer EDF.

You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, Monday to Friday, 8.5 hours between 06:00 and 18:00 therefore flexibility is essential.

What you'll do on a typical day:

Operate MHE to unload and load deliveries into floor and racking locations - full training providedChampion a safety-first mindset by actively engaging in safety initiatives and maintaining high standards across all tasksManage inventory and deliveries using scan guns, tablets, and Warehouse Management Systems to ensure accuracy and timely completionConsistently meet KPIs in safety, quality, performance, and service by taking pride in precision and operational excellence

Previous experience working in warehouse environment is essentialStrong focus on safety and accuracy in all tasks, ensuring compliance with health and safety proceduresFlexibility to handle various tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced warehouse environmentExcellent collaboration skills to work effectively within a team and support colleagues in achieving operational goals
