Location: Belfast, BT3 9ED

Shifts: Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:00

Pay Rate: 12.60 per hour

We are currently looking to recruit Warehouse Operatives. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in the smooth running of our operations by picking orders using forklifts (Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck), loading vehicles for delivery, and assisting with the cutting of flooring products when required.

This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast–paced environment. You will also be responsible for keeping the warehouse clean and safe, ensuring compliance with company health and safety policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Picking orders from the warehouse using forklifts (Counterbalance/Reach Truck).Loading vehicles for delivery, ensuring the correct items are dispatched.Utilising in–house systems (tablets/RF scanners) to print jobs and track orders.Cutting flooring products as required to fulfil orders.Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment, ensuring safety and compliance with health and safety regulations.Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.Requirements:

Previous experience operating forklifts (Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck).Ability to work efficiently during shifts (8:30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday).Comfortable using in–house systems (tablets, RF scanners).Ability to cut flooring products when required.Strong attention to detail and ability to work at pace.A commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to health and safety guidelines.Good communication skills and ability to work within a team.What We Offer:
