Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands–on Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations. This is a key role within the business, responsible for overseeing a team, maintaining high operational standards, and ensuring the warehouse runs efficiently, safely, and accurately at all times.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with around 10 years' experience in warehouse management, who is confident leading teams, driving performance, and implementing best practices.

An interest in cars or the automotive industry would be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day–to–day running of the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient operationsLead, manage, and motivate warehouse staff, setting clear expectations and maintaining high performanceTake full ownership of health & safety, ensuring compliance and promoting a strong safety cultureMonitor workflows, productivity, and staffing levels to meet business demandsEnsure accurate stock control, including regular audits and inventory managementOversee goods–in, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processesIdentify and implement improvements to systems, processes, and layoutManage and resolve any operational issues quickly and effectivelyWork closely with senior management to support business growth and efficiency

What We're Looking For

Strong leadership and team management skillsIn–depth knowledge of warehouse operations and best practicesExcellent understanding of health & safety regulationsHighly organised with strong attention to detailProactive, hands–on, and solutions–focusedStrong communication skills and ability to lead from the frontExperience with warehouse systems and stock control
