Job Title: Delivery Driver
Location: Wigston
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Hours: Varying shifts between 4:00 AM and 8:00 PM, including weekends
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and safe delivery of goods while maintaining high standards of vehicle care and adhering to all safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure timely and safe delivery of goods to customers.Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the vehicle.Adhere to all road safety and company regulations.Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Valid driving licence with at least 2 years of driving experience.Ability to drive a 3.5-tonne van.Strong understanding of road safety regulations.Excellent time management and organisational skills. Desirable Skills:
Forklift qualification.Some joinery skills.Ability to apply mastic.Willingness to work varying shifts between 4:00 AM and 8:00 PM.Availability for weekend work.CSCS Card. Benefits & Perks of working with Adecco:
