Triage Officer - 3 months (high potential for extension) - Hybrid, 2 days in the office - Midlands - Interviews Next Week

Direct triage experience within a local authority.

Experience with being on duty.

Prevention and Part 6 experience.

Previously worked with domestic violence cases and confident with working them.

Experience and confident in working with Jigsaw, ideally has experience with Abritas also but mainly Jigsaw housing system.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

2 duty days per week, set days subject to other members of the team being on AL or other reasons.

Team meeting at 9:30am with manager and the rest of the team to discuss plan of the day.

Dealing with walk in and rough sleepers.

Working through emails coming through for homelessness applicants and assessing eligibility.
