One of my local government clients is seeking a proactive and compassionate Tenancy Officer to join our frontline housing services team. This is your opportunity to support vulnerable residents, uphold housing policy, and ensure sustainable tenancies in one of London’s most diverse boroughs.

What you’ll do:

Deliver a responsive, person-centred tenancy management service

*

Build strong relationships with residents to address tenancy concerns and provide tailored support

*

Work in partnership with internal services and external agencies

*

Ensure housing policy, legislation, and safeguarding responsibilities are met

*

Support residents in accessing benefits and other local services

What we’re looking for:

*

Experience in tenancy management or housing services

*

Strong customer service and communication skills

*

Good knowledge of housing legislation and local authority practices

*

A passion for helping people and making positive change in the community

*

Understanding of the challenges faced by social housing tenants

*

Availability to work on-site in the borough 4 days per week
