Lead the end–to–end supply chain operation, including procurement, demand planning, supplier management, and production schedulingDevelop and execute sourcing strategies to ensure cost–effective and resilient supplyCollaborate closely with Engineering, Production, Commercial, and Finance teams to ensure supply and demand alignmentOwn and optimise the demand planning process to drive forecast accuracy and inventory efficiencyLead supplier negotiations, performance reviews, and strategic sourcing initiativesChampion ERP and MRP system optimisation, data accuracy, and process automationDeliver actionable insights through supply chain KPIs and risk managementDrive a high–performance culture through strong leadership, coaching, and cross–functional collaborationWhat You'll Bring as the Procurement and Planning Manager:

A minimum of 3 years' experience managing or supervising supply chain and procurement teamsExtensive experience in manufacturing or engineering environmentsStrong expertise in procurement, strategic sourcing, and demand planningDeep knowledge of ERP and MRP systems, supply chain analytics, and planning toolsA CIPS qualification (Level 4 or above) – essentialProven ability to lead, influence, and drive change in a dynamic settingA data–driven, problem–solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvementExceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
